Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Executive located in Mallavalli Plant. The Production Executive will be responsible for production planning, managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Production Executive will oversee quality control processes and continuously strive to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience in Execution of Production Planning
Knowledge of Food Technology and Quality Control processes
Strong Communication skills
Ability to manage production teams effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Production Management, or related field
Experience in the confectionery industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement
Must adhere to FSSC 22000 standards during all production activities and ensure compliance
Should be capable of implementing and maintaining 5S workplace practices and strictly follow HACCP procedures
